Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Fond du Lac

There were a couple opportunities for improvement and the management tried hard to accommodate. They put our sheets on sideways so they actually didn't fit. Even when I'm correctly, they didn't actually talk under the mattress so they pulled up within an hour of sleeping on them. They would truly benefit from a trip to Costco to buy their amazing Hotel sheets for $14/set!! The rooms were very clean and very new. The only staff we saw was a couple that were very friendly and helpful. It was near where we wanted to be so the location was perfect. My husband and I are both long-term members of the Marriott chain and, with some minor hiccups, they did a great job

I've stayed here several times. I'm typically a Hilton guy and the first time I stayed here, it was only because the Hilton nearby was already booked up solid. I read the reviews here and was expecting a horrible experience. I couldn't have been more wrong. The stay was stellar. Great room and even better service. Several stays here now almost has me convinced to shift my preferences towards Marriott from Hilton. This is my go-to place to stay when I'm in the area. I have no idea what all these other reviews are talking about. I've always been treated well here and the rooms have always been clean and comfortable. If you're debating on grabbing a room here, do it. You'll be happy you did...

We had a very pleasant stay. We were greeted by the manager on arrival and she was very welcoming and accommodating. The staff as a whole were all very nice and helpful. The gym was excellent and the pool though smaller was great to take a dip in. The room and hotel is the cleanest and nicest lodging establishment in Fond Du Lac. Highly recommend.

This hotel was a short distance from a weekend event I attended and have enjoyed previous Fairfields. It wasn't until after I booked I noticed the reviews. After a minor inconvenience/miscommunication with our original room, the manager (Dhvani) got us into a new room on the spot and we happily stayed through the weekend. I may have a higher tolerance to issues, but I didn't feel what other reviewers experienced. I had a great stay with Fairfield, the rooms were clean, the hotel was quiet and we enjoyed the breakfast. I would stay again.

This is a very nice facility with MUCH better than the norm served for breakfast and a great place to stay the night before a Green Bay Packers game! (10.12). The same front desk person was there in the evening and again in the morning, and she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed! Had a 4 night stay at the property. We found ourselves very well there. Traveled from Texas to see the Indy car race at Road America. Upon arrival we found our room to be clean and comfortable. We left every morning and returned in the afternoon to a room that had been turned around and completely refreshed. Fresh towels, made bed, emptied waste containers. The common areas of the property were tidy and fresh and coffee ready to go every morning early. Upon check out we did have a billing issue but Dhvani took care of it immediately and communicated with me as she worked the issue. She also checked us in when we arrived and was super nice. Our experience at the property was nothing but positive. Thank you to the entire hotel staff!!!

Fitness area is large and well-equipped. Bathroom is very well designed, luxurious even. Microwave and mini fridge in the room. Pool is available 10am to 10pm.

This location is top notch. Cleanliness, hotel staff, EVERYTHING! We worked with the hotel manager to get room blocks for 2 nights for me our wedding. She was polite, responsive, and helpful. She made our time their memorable and we couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough.
